Grady Ponce

My name is Grady Ponce and I am a U.S. Army Veteran. After the military, I wanted to continue improving my life and decided to pursue a higher education. After completing an Associate in Business at El Camino College I realized I love business and wanted more knowledge. I continued my studies at Pepperdine University and obtained my Bachelor's in Business Management and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance. After, I partnered with a couple of individuals and started to build businesses in Construction, Finance, Consulting, and Restaurants. In 2022, I decided to pursue my CPA license and was able to obtain a great opportunity with a CPA firm. This opportunity led to the decision to pursue a second Master's in Accounting (MACC). This has assisted me in becoming eligible for the CPA exams and currently in the process.

I learned that my passion is helping businesses understand their financials and assisting them during their startup and growth. Using my education, knowledge, and experience, I want to help businesses achieve success. Additionally, I want to give back to my military community and help them become business owners.
